Job summary

Motion Industries seeks an On-Site Support Specialist to perform a range of customer-site support tasks under limited supervision. The role involves working more than 50% at the customer location, delivering service and efficiency across warehousing and related activities.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of warehousing or related experience, strong communication, and reliability. A valid driver's license and forklift certification may be required based on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3–5 years related experience.
• Must be reliable, organized with attention to detail.
• Experience in warehousing and customer service preferred.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to operate a forklift (certification may be required).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to enhance relationships and drive ongoing sales.
• May act as a lead/mentor to other employees.
• Perform on-site support tasks primarily at customer locations, including ART, VMI, driving, delivery, crib attendant, storeroom, and customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
