Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking an On-Site Support Specialist to operate at customer locations under limited supervision. The role combines several nonexempt duties and involves working more than half the time on-site at the customer site, delivering service and support.

Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, potentially mentoring teammates, and performing duties such as ART, VMI, driving, delivery, crib/storeroom tasks, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3–5 years related experience.
• Industry experience preferred; warehousing knowledge helpful.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to enhance relationships and drive sales.
• May act as lead/mentor to other employees.
• Carry out customer-site duties including ART, VMI, driving, delivery, crib/storeroom tasks, and related duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
