Job summary

Motion Industries seeks an On-Site Support Specialist to deliver outstanding customer service at the customer location, supporting ART, VMI, driving and storeroom tasks. This role may also serve as a lead/mentor to teammates and contributes to sales relationships on site.

Under limited supervision, you’ll manage multiple tasks, maintain accuracy, and use business systems and email to communicate internally and externally while complying with forklift operations and driver requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3–5 years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Industry experience preferred; product knowledge from warehouse experience.
• Customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Moderate computer skills; use of business systems, email, and internet search for products.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to strengthen relationships and drive ongoing sales at the customer site.
• May act as a lead/mentor to other employees.
• Perform on-site duties such as ART, VMI, driving, delivery, crib attendant, storeroom tasks and customer service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
