Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Reliability, organization and attention to detail needed.
• Customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Moderate computer skills; ability to use business systems and search capabilities to find products on the Internet.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to enhance relationships and support ongoing sales.
• May act as lead/mentor to other employees.
• Perform on-site support functions at customer location including ART, VMI, driving, delivery, crib attendant, storeroom work and customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Possess or obtain forklift certification if required.
