Motion Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Findlay, Ohio. You will fulfill customer orders, handle calls, provide quotes, and place orders through various channels while aspiring to maximize gross profit within guidelines.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and 0–3 years related experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task. A basic to moderate level of computer proficiency and product knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and source products.
• Determine cost-effective shipping methods for orders.
• Support account representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Expedite backorders and process returns as needed.
