Job summary

Atlas Field Services is seeking experienced Customer Support - Contract Foresters to join our Utility Vegetation Management team. This role focuses on resolving customer conflicts and acting as the frontline liaison among utilities, contractors, landowners, and the public, with duties expanding to Work Planner and QC as capacity allows.

Qualified candidates will have 4+ years in UVM or related fields, plus strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in utility vegetation management or related field (experience may substitute education)
• Strong conflict-resolution and communication skills
• ISA certifications highly desired (TRAQ, Utility Specialist, BCMA) and safety culture awareness

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer complaints and conflict resolution across the service territory, guiding issues from intake to final resolution.
• Record all interactions and resolutions in Fulcrum, maintaining thorough, auditable case notes.
• Prioritize cases by severity and coordinate with contractors to close issues promptly.
• Investigate and resolve concerns related to property damage, vegetation work, or reimbursements.
• Provide clear assessments to clients, address concerns, and uphold positive public relations.
