Job summary

Atlas Field Services is seeking experienced Customer Support - Contract Foresters for its Utility Vegetation Management team. You will act as the front-line liaison for customers, utility clients, landowners and the public to resolve vegetation-related issues efficiently, while performing Work Planner and QC duties as needed.

Role emphasizes conflict resolution, documentation in Fulcrum, and coordination with contractors and field crews under safety protocols in outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Utility Vegetation Management or related field is required.
• Active ISA Certified Arborist certification highly desired.
• TRAQ, ISA Utility Specialist, or BCMA credentials are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for customer complaints and conflict resolution across the service territory.
• Track and document all customer interactions and resolutions in Fulcrum.
• Investigate and resolve vegetation-related concerns and hazardous issues; escalate as needed.
