Job summary

BD Parata is seeking a Field Support Engineer in Milwaukee, WI to provide in-depth technical and customer support for pharmacy automation products. You will travel regionally to pharmacies, delivering expert service, operating procedures, and maintenance guidance.

Responsibilities include on-site troubleshooting, customer instruction, and collaboration with service teams. Occasional overnight travel and weekends may be required; strong emphasis on documentation in Salesforce and customer care.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office applications.
• Strong networking knowledge to identify network/PC information and configure devices.
• Understand ghosting/re-imaging processes for deployment and maintenance.
• Good mechanical aptitude for disassembly/reassembly of subsystems.
• Able to diagnose hardware issues with handheld testers and meters.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues at client sites.
• Provide expert instruction on BD Parata automation products and procedures.
• Collaborate with regional and national service teams to solve complex issues.
• Document issues and resolutions in Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
• Travel regionally, with overnight stays and occasional weekend/holiday coverage.
