Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in Electronics, Fine Mechanics, Optics or Medical Field Service.
• BS in Electronics, Engineering, or Computer Technology and related fields preferred.
• A+ and Net+ certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair designated products within an assigned service territory, including preventive maintenance, installations and upgrades per training and guidelines.
• Schedule, create, verify and modify customer visits based on customer needs and potential financial impact to the practice.
• Complete and submit field service reports daily and weekly expense reports per policy.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and return spares per policy.
• Support revenue growth through promotion and retention of service agreements.
• Interface with customers professionally and calmly; instruct on operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Install and maintain equipment at trade shows as required.
