Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in elevator industry or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in elevator industry or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive employee relations issues.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to be on call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead field technicians to ensure maintenance meets quality standards and contract requirements.
• Coordinate routes, scheduling, ordering parts and payroll verification; ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with Area/Territory Operations Managers to implement best practices and achieve metrics.
• Perform site inspections to deliver service, maintenance, warranty and repair offerings.
• Conduct Field Safety Audits at required intervals.
• Educate technicians on processes, tools and standards through trainings.
• Manage logistics and preventive maintenance scheduling; quarterly site visits.
• Collaborate with local sales to estimate service orders and maintain IUEC relationships.
• Partner with Project Managers during contract conversions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Act as liaison to investigate and resolve operational challenges.
