Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) in Philadelphia, PA, seeks a Field Superintendent - Repair to lead the repair of assigned elevator units, ensure compliance with quality, safety, and customer requirements, and supervise technicians on site.

You will select and develop team members, coordinate service orders with the sales team, sustain high standards, and drive profitability through efficient field operations and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field is preferred.
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to effectively manage and resolve sensitive employee relations issues.

Responsibilities

• Repair assigned units to meet customer and Company requirements for quality, safety and satisfaction.
• Lead field technicians and supervise job-site activity while promoting safety.
• Support service, maintenance and repair sales and planning.
• Assist in estimating service orders and coordinating schedules with local sales.
• Develop a team culture focused on quality and continuous improvement.
