Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent in elevator industry or relevant technical field.
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of elevators and escalators to manage and direct field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance meets quality standards and contract requirements.
• Implement quality, performance reliability, and passenger safety for each project.
• Support sales in estimating service orders and scheduling.
• Manage project audits to ensure conformance of standards.
