You will coordinate routes, manage logistics, work with Area Managers, conduct site inspections, and mentor technicians. The role emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and strong communication to satisfy customers and drive service metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical leadership experience or elevator industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field technicians to meet quality standards and contract requirements.
• Coordinate routes, scheduling, parts ordering, and payroll verification.
• Collaborate with Area/Territory managers to achieve service metrics.
• Perform site inspections and field safety audits.
• Develop technicians through training and performance programs.
• Manage logistics and preventive maintenance scheduling.
• Estimate service orders with local sales and maintain customer relationships.
• Act as liaison to investigate and resolve operational challenges.
