Job summary

Schindler is seeking a Field Superintendent for New Installations (NI) in Philadelphia. You will oversee all phases of elevator installation projects, lead 12–20 field technicians, and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate schedules, material ordering, payroll accuracy, and liaise with unions and internal teams. Candidates should have 5+ years of technical leadership experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent in relevant field.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading field teams and coordinating with unions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of elevator installation projects.
• Lead 12–20 field technicians and ensure safety standards.
• Coordinate job site readiness, scheduling, and payroll accuracy.
