Techtronic Industries Power Equipment, a subsidiary of TTI, seeks a Field Specialist – RYOBI Experience Team to diagnose and repair riding mower units in the field across Utah. The role involves training service centers, recruiting new centers, and coordinating with the engagement center in Anderson, SC to expand the riding mower program.

Qualifications

• Must be mechanically inclined; rider repair training will be provided.
• Extensive travel within territory and some overnight stays.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to relate to customers with empathy and patience.

Responsibilities

• Cover a large territory providing riding mower support and field diagnostics.
• Diagnose and repair TTI riding mowers in customer locations.
• Recruit and train service centers for mower repair programs.
• Provide training to existing centers on current riding mowers and programs.
• Maintain communication with the engagement center and report performance when needed.
