Job summary

Techtronic Industries Power Equipment, a subsidiary of TTI, seeks a Field Specialist – RYOBI Experience Team to support riding mower programs by engaging customers and service centers in the field across a large territory. This role requires extensive travel and hands-on mechanical work with training provided.

You will diagnose and repair riding mowers, recruit and train service centers, and work closely with the Anderson, SC engagement center to deliver top-tier field service and reporting.

Qualifications

• Extensive travel within territory and some overnight stays.
• Mechanically inclined; rider repair training provided.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Presenting/training skills preferred.
• Empathy and ability to relate to customers.

Responsibilities

• Cover a large territory for riding mower customer support.
• Diagnose and repair riding mowers in the field.
• Recruit and train service centers for riding mower repair.
• Train existing service centers on current and new mowers.
• Be a subject matter expert on riding mower programs.
• Visit residences and service centers for diagnosis/repair.
• Maintain clear communication with all TTI parties.
• Provide phone support and performance reports as needed.
• Coordinate with engineering and PM on issues.
• Keep tools and vehicle organized and clean.
