Job summary

Techtronic Industries Power Equipment, a subsidiary of TTI, seeks a Field Specialist – RYOBI Experience Team to provide hands-on field support for riding mower programs. You will diagnose and repair units, recruit and train service centers, and collaborate with the Anderson, SC engagement center.

The role requires extensive travel within a territory, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to train others while maintaining clear communication with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Must be mechanically inclined with ability to diagnose and repair riding mowers.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience presenting or training others is preferred.
• Empathy and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Cover a large territory for riding mower customer support.
• Diagnose and repair riding mowers in the field.
• Recruit and train new service centers for riding mower repair programs.
• Train existing service centers within territory on current and new riding mowers.
• Be a subject matter expert on riding mower programs.
• Visit customer residences to diagnose and repair mowers.
• Visit service centers for repair assistance as needed.
• Maintain open communication with all TTI parties and provide performance reports.
