Job summary

Techtronic Industries Power Equipment seeks a Field Specialist to support the Ryobi riding mower program in the field. You will diagnose and repair units, train service centers, and recruit new centers across a broad territory, coordinating with our Anderson, SC engagement center as needed.

The role requires extensive travel, strong mechanical aptitude, and excellent communication. You will work closely with engineers and project managers to resolve issues and maintain equipment and tools in top

Qualifications

• Extensive travel across a large territory with overnight stays.
• Mechanically inclined with rider repair training provided.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cover a large territory to support riding mower programs.
• Diagnose and repair riding mowers in the field.
• Recruit and train service centers for repair programs.
• Train existing service centers on current and new mowers.
• Be a subject matter expert on riding mower programs.
• Visit customer residences for diagnostics and repairs.
• Provide phone support to customers and service centers when needed.
• Report on performance as requested.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management on issues.
• Keep company-provided tools and vehicle organized and clean.
