Black & Veatch Family of Companies is seeking a field leader to supervise site services across a heavy‑construction project. You will coordinate road access, drainage, utilities, and housekeeping while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

This role requires travel to multiple sites and direct oversight of craft personnel and subcontractors. The position emphasizes strong leadership, planning, and field execution with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience of construction field leadership on equivalent projects.
• Valid Driver's License.
• All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, MVR).

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise site services (road access, drainage, utilities).
• Maintain safe, reliable site access and orderly work areas.
• Lead foremen, craft personnel and subcontractors; communicate priorities and provide technical direction.
