Qualifications

• 5+ years experience of construction field leadership on equivalent projects.
• Valid Driver's License.
• All applicants must be able to complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements (criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search).

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise site services, including road and access maintenance, drainage, dust control, waste removal.
• Maintain safe, reliable site access and orderly work areas for personnel and equipment.
• Lead foremen, craft personnel, and subcontractors; communicate priorities and provide direction.
• Coordinate site services with construction management, discipline superintendents, Field Engineering, and Project Controls to support sequencing and uninterrupted operations.
• Develop and manage the 3 Week Look Ahead Schedule; confirm manpower, equipment, materials, and resources are available.
• Monitor progress, productivity, quantities, cost, and schedule performance; implement corrective actions and report results to project leadership.
• Ensure work complies with safety, environmental, quality, contractual, and company requirements; develop Job Hazard Analyses and verify field implementation.
• Resolve field issues involving drawings, access, logistics, quality, cost, and schedule; support information requests and extra work documentation.
• Maintain daily logs and review timesheets, equipment usage, quantities, and punch‑list completion.
