Job summary

Eastern Builders is seeking a Field Engineer to support the Superintendent and Project Manager across field operations. You will coordinate work activities, manage deliveries and laydown, maintain site cleanliness, and contribute to schedule management and look-ahead planning.

The role may support preconstruction tasks, including estimating and take-offs. You will grow into leadership roles, mentoring others and advancing toward Assistant Superintendent or Assistant Project Manager positions

• Coordinate field activities and manage trade collaboration to support project execution.
• Maintain organized site and thorough field documentation; support schedule and look-ahead planning.

• Direct field crews and assist with estimates, take-offs, and compliance documentation.
