Job summary

Socket Telecom LLC is seeking a Field Technician- Tier II to deliver expert onsite installation services for residential customers, with travel across Missouri service areas. You will install and configure customer equipment, diagnose connectivity issues, and ensure customer satisfaction during every visit.

The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, outdoor work in various weather conditions, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent installations and repairs for residential and business internet and phone services.
• Install and configure customer equipment including routers, modems, and Wi‑Fi gateways.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by being professional, friendly, and knowledgeable during all service visits.
