Position Overview:

• Term: 1+ year
• Location: Remote (100% travel)
• Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
• Hours: Standard business hours

Our Field Services Team adds value by delivering solutions that foster long-term customer relationships. As a first-line response, you will communicate openly and helpfully, focusing on finding the right solutions. You will organize and triage customer issues, and proactively address potential problems. Our training programs enable rapid learning and personal growth, supported by dedicated mentors and coaches across territories.

Responsibilities of the Field Services Technician:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the US
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and RealID/Passport for travel
• At least 25 years of age
• Basic PC and electronic skills, familiarity with hardware and operating systems
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodations
• Prolonged travel, including driving several hours daily
• Willingness to work rotating and weekend shifts
• Ability to lift tools and equipment up to 75 lbs. alone, 150 lbs. with assistance
• Physical ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, and manipulate objects of varying sizes
• Willingness to undergo training for various certifications
• Basic set of hand tools (screwdrivers, crimpers, pliers, etc.)

Additional Skills and Responsibilities:

• Adding or removing non-powered equipment hardware and wiring
• Conducting verification and continuity testing
• Analyzing job specifications and drawings
• Understanding Scope of Work (SOW) and preparing Job Change Order (JCO) summaries
• Providing work assignments and preparing Method of Procedure (MOP)
• Writing Job Information Memorandums (JIMs)
• Resolving specification and drawing issues
• Updating office record drawings and performing quality inspections
