Position Overview:

• Term: 1+ year
• Location: Remote (100% travel)
• Pay: $30.00 - $37.00; commensurate with experience
• Hours: Standard business hours

Our Field Services Team delivers solutions that build long-term customer relationships. As a first-line responder, you will communicate openly and helpfully, organize and triage issues, and handle problems proactively. Formal training will be provided to ensure you can meet customer needs effectively.

What You’ll Do As The Field Services Technician:

• Add or remove non-powered equipment hardware
• Add or remove wiring and connections (on non-working equipment only and switchboard cable only)
• Lead verification/continuity testing
• Analyze job specifications and drawings
• Understand the Scope of Work (SOW) and write comprehensive Job Change Order (JCO) summaries
• Provide work assignments to Skill Level 1 and 2 Installers
• Prepare a Method of Procedure (MOP)
• Write Job Information Memorandums (JIMs)
• Resolve job specification and/or drawing issues
• Update office record drawings
• Conduct in-process and final quality inspections

What You Will Bring To The Team:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the US
• Valid driver’s license, Insurance, and RealID/Passport for travel
• At least 25 years of age
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, familiarity with hardware and operating systems
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodations
• Willingness to travel extensively and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 75 lbs. (150 lbs. with assistance)
• Availability for rotating and weekend shifts
• Basic hand tools (screwdrivers, crimpers, pliers, etc.)
