Position Overview:
Term: 1+ year
Location: Remote (100% travel)
Pay: $30.00 - $37.00; commensurate with experience
Hours: Standard business hours
Our Field Services Team delivers solutions that foster long-term customer relationships. As a first-line responder, you will communicate effectively, organize and triage customer issues, and proactively address potential problems. Formal training provided will equip you to meet customer needs promptly.

We emphasize rapid learning through virtual and hands-on classroom training, fostering a growth-oriented environment with diverse teams, mentorship, and knowledge sharing across territories.
Responsibilities of the Field Services Technician:

  • Add or remove non-powered equipment hardware.
  • Add or remove wiring and connections (on non-operational equipment and switchboard cable only).
  • Conduct verification/continuity testing.
  • Analyze job specifications and drawings.
  • Understand the Scope of Work (SOW) and prepare comprehensive Job Change Order (JCO) summaries.
  • Assign work to Skill Level 1 and 2 Installers.
  • Prepare a Method of Procedure (MOP).
  • Write Job Information Memorandums (JIMs).
  • Resolve issues related to job specifications and drawings.
  • Update and correct office record drawings.
  • Perform in-process and final quality inspections.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and RealID/Passport for travel.
  • At least 25 years of age.
  • Proficiency with PC, basic electronics, hardware, and operating systems.
  • Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
  • Willingness to travel extensively by car.
  • Availability for rotating and weekend shifts.
  • Ability to lift tools and equipment up to 75 lbs. alone, 150 lbs. with assistance.
  • Physical ability to perform bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, and manual manipulation.
  • Willingness to be trained for various certifications.
  • Basic set of hand tools (screwdrivers, crimpers, pliers, etc.).
