Position Overview:

Term: 1+ year

Location: Remote (100% travel)

Pay: $30.00 - $37.00; commensurate with experience

Hours: Standard business hours

Role Description:

Our Field Services Team creates value for our customers by delivering solutions that build long-term relationships. Acting as a first-line response to our customers, you will communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging manner with the focus being finding the right solution. You will organize, triage customer issues, and even handle some problems before they start. Your formal training (provided to you) will enable you to provide customers with what they need when they need it.

We provide virtual and hands-on classroom training to enable fast learning and foster an environment where you can grow and make an impact. Our service operations feature dedicated mentors and coaches who share their knowledge across territories to promote mutual growth.

Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience, or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Have a valid driver's license, Insurance, and RealID/Passport for travel.
• At least 25 years of age
• Proficiency in PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with specific hardware and operating systems.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
• Prolonged travel with several hours of driving per day.
• Willingness to work rotating and weekend shifts.
• Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs. without assistance, and up to 150 lbs. with assistance.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with hands, and manipulate objects of varying sizes.
• Willing to undergo training for various certifications.
• Possess a basic set of hand tools (screwdrivers, crimpers, pliers, etc.).

What You Will Bring to the Team:

• Ability to add or remove non-powered equipment hardware.
• Ability to add or remove wiring and connections on non-working equipment and switchboard cables.
• Lead verification/continuity testing skills.
• Ability to analyze job specifications and drawings.
• Understanding of Scope of Work (SOW) and ability to write comprehensive Job Change Order (JCO) summaries.
• Provide work assignments to Skill Level 1 and 2 Installers.
• Prepare a Method of Procedure (MOP).
• Write Job Information Memorandums (JIMs).
• Resolve issues related to job specifications and drawings.
• Update and correct office record drawings.
• Conduct in-process and final quality inspections.
