Job summary

EnSiteUSA is seeking an Account Coordinator to source talent for current and upcoming projects. You will collaborate with field services teams to assess staffing needs and develop staffing plans to ensure projects are properly staffed.

The role emphasizes strong communication, recruiting, and data management skills, supporting Field Services teams nationwide with staffing and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role or a Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting and staffing strongly preferred.
• Intermediate experience in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Basic knowledge of phone, fax, and copier functions.
• Experience using SAP Programs (SAP Supplier Portal, SAP-Fieldglass).
• Heavy data entry experience.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, pipeline services or construction industry strongly preferred.
• Experience in Human Resources is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify staffing needs for upcoming and ongoing projects with field services teams.
• Lead recruiting efforts for field services – Construction Management & Inspection Field Services.
• Develop staffing plans for projects based on resource needs.
• Recruit field personnel for client projects across the US.
• Screen and interview candidates and prepare resumes for client review.
• Format resumes for submission and manage client feedback on resumes.
