Job summary

Amass is seeking an Account Recruiting Manager to bridge recruiters and client site supervisors. This hands-on role requires frequent onsite visits, high-volume coordination, and proactive issue resolution to ensure staffing coverage across sites.

You will source and screen candidates, submit qualified profiles to clients, track time and headcounts, and uphold onboarding compliance. Travel daily to client sites and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or client-facing operations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for general labor roles using internal databases, job boards, referrals, and local outreach.
• Screen applicants via phone and in person to assess fit, reliability, and transportation availability.
• Conduct structured interviews and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
• Collaborate with internal recruiters to maintain a strong candidate pipeline for all active and upcoming job orders.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients and coordinate start logistics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client site supervisors.
• Visit client sites regularly to check in with temporary employees and resolve any issues.
• Track time, attendance, and headcount reports; follow up on discrepancies with site managers.
• Monitor performance and coach or replace underperforming employees as needed.
• Ensure full compliance with all onboarding requirements, including background checks, PPE, and site‑specific documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding daily staffing operations.
• Escalate any site‑level issues to the Regional Operations Manager as needed.
