ES management in New Jersey is seeking a staffing account manager to support clients with staffing initiatives and manage assigned accounts. You will oversee 60 to 100+ temporary employees, drive full cycle recruiting, and engage in cross-functional projects to meet staffing goals.

You will handle payroll-related tasks, track metrics, and ensure timely check-ins with hiring managers and candidates, while maintaining PPE and safety compliance at onsite locations.

• Process payroll and audit daily punches for associates.
• Run reports daily/weekly/monthly as requested.
• Contribute to safety meetings and PPE compliance checks.
• Check-in new starts onsite and verify clock/ppe assignments.
• Walk facilities to ensure safety and PPE compliance.
• Handle other administrative duties as dictated by business needs.
• Travel to other clients for support when needed.
