WorkSteer is seeking a dependable Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter to join our team in a fast-paced construction staffing environment. The role involves recruiting, onboarding, and coordinating job assignments while maintaining clear communication between clients and field employees.

Ideal candidates enjoy solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and delivering excellent service. Construction or staffing industry knowledge is a plus, and training is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist clients, employees, and applicants.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates for positions.
• Coordinate employee schedules and daily staffing needs.
• Communicate with clients and field employees to address scheduling and issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and employees.
• Maintain employee records and onboarding paperwork.
• Support administrative duties and daily office operations.
• Identify qualified candidates to meet client staffing requirements.
