Invitation Homes LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Field Services in Jacksonville, FL to provide administrative support, handle resident inquiries, and coordinate maintenance activities. The role focuses on efficient responses to work requests and seamless communication with internal teams.

Responsibilities include monitoring dashboards, scheduling maintenance staff, resolving resident concerns, and reviewing work orders within approval limits.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service or administrative functions.
• Experience in property management or maintenance helpful.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance and turn & rehab dashboards and task center to ensure quick response times.
• Manage daily schedules and assignments for Maintenance Technicians/Superintendents.
• Serve as first point of contact for maintenance-related resident concerns and coordinate with internal teams.
• Review and approve/decline work order proposals within approval limits, verify scope/pricing.
• Assist in researching and coordinating vacant utility issues for timely activation.
• Coordinate eviction schedules and property holds and facilitate clean-outs.
