Invitation Homes is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Field Services to provide administrative support, respond to residents, and coordinate maintenance solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves monitoring dashboards, scheduling technicians, handling resident concerns, and coordinating utilities and evictions when needed. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, with proficiency in MS Office tools.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Experience in property management or maintenance helpful.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor maintenance and turn & rehab dashboards and prioritise requests.
• Manage daily schedules and assignments for Maintenance Technicians/Superintendents.
• Serve as first contact for maintenance-related resident concerns and coordinate actions.
• Review and approve work order proposals within approval limits, ensuring scope and pricing accuracy.
• Coordinate vacant utility issues and ensure timely activation of services.
• Assist with eviction schedules and personal property holds as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
