Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Field Services to provide administrative support, customer service and maintenance solutions to residents and partners in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes monitoring dashboards, coordinating maintenance schedules, handling resident concerns, and supporting eviction processes, with opportunities for an annual bonus and a friendly, casual work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or administrative functions.
• Experience in property management or maintenance helpful.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dashboards and task center daily to ensure timely responses to work requests.
• Manage daily schedules for Maintenance Technician and/or Superintendent.
• Serve as first contact for maintenance-related resident concerns and coordinate with internal teams.
• Review and approve/decline work orders within approval limits, verifying scope and pricing.
• Coordinate vacant utility issues to ensure timely activation.
• Manage eviction schedules and property holds, coordinating clean-outs.
