Job summary

Invitation Homes in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Field Services to provide administrative support, frontline resident assistance, and maintenance solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will monitor dashboards, manage schedules, serve as the first contact for maintenance concerns, and coordinate with internal teams to drive timely, effective repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Experience in property management or maintenance helpful.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance and turn & rehab dashboards and task center daily.
• Manage daily schedules and assignments for maintenance staff.
• Serve as first point of contact for maintenance resident concerns.
• Review and approve/decline work orders within approval limits.
• Coordinate vacant utility issues and ensure timely activation.
• Manage eviction schedules and property holds; coordinate clean-outs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
