Invitation Homes LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Field Services in Tampa, FL to provide administrative support, customer service, and maintenance solutions for residents and partners.

Key duties include monitoring dashboards, coordinating technician schedules, handling resident concerns, reviewing work orders, and coordinating utility activations and eviction processes. Strong communication, organization, and prior admin experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required.
• Proven experience in customer service or administrative functions.
• Experience in property management or maintenance industry is helpful.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Effective customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.

Responsabilités

• Monitor maintenance and turn/rehab dashboards and task center daily to ensure timely responses to work requests and communications.
• Manage daily schedules and assignments for Maintenance Technicians and/or Superintendents.
• Serve as first point of contact for maintenance-related resident concerns and coordinate with internal teams for corrective action.
• Review and approve/decline work order proposals within approval limits, ensuring proper scope, documentation and pricing.
• Assist in researching and coordinating vacant utility issues to ensure timely activation of utilities.
• Manage and coordinate eviction schedules and property holds; coordinate eviction clean-outs and/or personal property removal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
