Invitation Homes is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Field Services to provide administrative support, customer service, and maintenance solutions for residents and partners. You will monitor dashboards, manage schedules, and act as the first point of contact for maintenance concerns, ensuring timely and accurate actions.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook,

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven experience in customer service or administrative functions.
• Experience in the property management or maintenance industry is helpful.
• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Effective customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor maintenance and turn & rehab dashboards and task center daily to ensure efficient response times to all work requests and communications.
• Manage the Maintenance Technician and/or Superintendent daily schedules & assignments for optimum efficiency.
• Serve as first point of contact for maintenance related resident concerns and collaborate with internal teams to ensure corrective action.
• Reviewing and approving/declining work order proposals, within approval limit, verifying scope, documentation, and pricing.
• Coordinate vacant utility issues to ensure timely activation of utilities.
• Manage eviction schedules and personal property holds; coordinate eviction clean-outs and/or removals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
