Invitation Homes LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Field Services in Addison, TX to provide administrative support, customer service and maintenance solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor dashboards, coordinate schedules, handle resident concerns, review work orders, and assist with utility coordination and eviction-related tasks while collaborating with internal teams for timely, accurate actions.

Formación

• High school Diploma or GED.
• Proven experience in customer service or administrative functions.
• Experience in the property management or maintenance industry is helpful.
• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Effective customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor maintenance and turn & rehab dashboards and task center daily to ensure efficient response times to all work requests and communications.
• Manage the Maintenance Technician and/or Superintendent daily schedules & assignments to ensure optimum efficiency.
• Serve as first point of contact for maintenance related resident concerns and collaborate with internal teams to ensure appropriate action.
• Review and approve/decline work order proposals, verify proper scope, documentation, and pricing.
• Assist in researching and coordinating vacant utility issues to ensure utilities are activated in a timely manner.
• Manage and facilitate eviction schedules and personal property holds; coordinate eviction clean-outs and/or removal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
