Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Muskegon, MI is seeking an Engineer to provide field service support onsite across manufacturing environments. The role requires incident management, ITIL practices, asset management and strong customer communication.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with vendors, support printers and OT systems, and lead a team for EUC operations while ensuring service levels and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Onsite field service experience in manufacturing environments.
• Familiar with ITIL, SLA and incident management.
• Asset and stock management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day onsite support operations, ticket handling, KPI tracking and escalations.
• Oversee IMAC, break-fix, dispatch support, asset delivery, vendor management and meeting room support.
• Coordinate OT and printer/PCS support and lead a team to handle customer requests.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage day to day operation based on onsite support services, ticket management , KPI , escalation , IMAC , Break fixes , dispatch support , asset delivery part Daas service across Hub , spoke and dispatch sites , vendor management , meeting room support , customer connect ,printer support , OT support , factory PCS support , manage team and customer request on priority

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Should have excellent customer handling skills , governance, lead operations with confidence, manage escalations at regional level , Should be capable to be proactive to pick operations issue with customer and fix them , decision making capability, mentor team where possible , bring continues improvement

Salary Range

$65,000 - $75,000 a year
