Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Elgin, IL seeks a hands-on Field Service Support professional to manage onsite operations in manufacturing environments, handle ticketing, asset delivery, and vendor coordination.

The role requires ITIL, SLA awareness, incident management, IMAC, and strong customer communication, with potential for team leadership in EUC operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service support within manufacturing.
• Strong ITIL, SLA and incident management knowledge.
• Proven ability with IMAC, asset management and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day onsite operations for support services.
• Handle ticketing, dispatch, and escalation processes.
• Oversee KPI tracking and vendor coordination.
• Provide asset delivery across Daas service hubs; support spoke sites.
• Lead meeting room support, printer support, and OT support as needed.
• Mentor team and respond to customer requests with priority.
