Qualifications

• Familiarity with Wyyerd's ticketing/dispatch software platforms and telecom installation concepts.
• Strong organizational skills to handle dynamic field schedules and urgent Loss of Service dispatches.
• Clear verbal and written communication for coordinating between teams and contractors.
• Willingness to work evenings or Saturdays for peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Installations: scheduling, pre-order processing and timely service activation.
• Audit next-day installation schedules; reschedule as needed and manage cancellations.
• Audit work orders for completion and accuracy.
• Dispatch for service outages, LOS tickets, and special tasks (fiber remediation, router relocation, site surveys).
• Route return visits and 30-day post-install issues to the appropriate technicians or contractor offices.
• Provide backup coverage for the Dispatch Coordinator during peak hours, shift overlaps, or time off.
• Monitor calendar availability, zone constraints, and truck allocations to maximize daily completion rates.
