Job summary

i2G Systems in the United States seeks a Field Operations Coordinator to optimize dispatch, scheduling, and ticket workflows. You will be the main liaison between field technicians, project teams, and clients, ensuring work orders are executed and closed efficiently.

You will monitor tickets from creation to completion, coordinate with procurement and engineering, and generate weekly metrics to improve dispatch performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations coordination, service dispatch, or field service coordination.
• Experience with ticketing systems and FSM/CRM platforms (Salesforce/ServiceNow/ConnectWise/Jira).
• Familiarity with physical security or high-security field operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily technician scheduling, dispatching, and routing to optimize efficiency and meet SLAs.
• Serve as primary liaison between technicians, project teams, and clients for schedule changes and updates.
• Monitor and manage end-to-end ticket lifecycle from creation to closure in the ticketing system.
• Generate weekly/monthly metrics on utilization and response times; drive process improvements.
