Responsibilities

• Installation Dispatching & Scheduling: Lead and track pre-orders to ensure timely activation.
• Appointment Management: Audit next-day schedules, swap or reschedule as needed.
• Work Order Verification: Audit orders to ensure completion.
• Trouble Visit & Service Issue Management: Dispatch for outages, LOS tickets, and special requests.
• Return Visit & Quality Control Tracking: Route 30-day post-install issues to appropriate teams.
• Operational Backup: Provide coverage for the Dispatch Coordinator during peak hours or time off.
• Calendar & Capacity Auditing: Monitor availability and zone constraints to maximize daily completion.
