Job summary

Metro Mobile Electronics, LLC is seeking a Schedule Coordinator/Dispatcher in Dalworthington Gardens, TX to organize on-site field visits for 45–55 technicians. You will work closely with field staff via phone and email and maintain daily data for technician metrics to ensure service success.

The role requires at least one year of dispatching/scheduling, strong Windows skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Outlook especially).

Qualifications

• At least one year of dispatching or scheduling experience.
• Customer service experience strongly preferred.
• GPS services knowledge is helpful but not required.
• Mastery of basic Windows computing is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, is mandatory.
• Strong typing skills recommended.
• Strong written and phone communication is mandatory.
• Able to be flexible within guidelines and to multi-task.
• Punctuality and attendance are critical.

Responsibilities

• Schedule on-site field visits for new installations and service work for 45–55 technicians daily.
• Collaborate closely with field staff by phone and email to provide support and ensure success.
• Perform daily data entry and maintain spreadsheets/databases to track technician metrics.
