• Communicate with employees or emergency responders via telephone, two-way radio, or text messages to ensure swift response and action.
• Collaborate with supervisors or customers to address issues, fulfill service requests, or allocate necessary equipment or resources.
• Prepare daily work schedules, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to timelines.
