Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of industry knowledge and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch jobs to field service technicians and study orders for accuracy.
• Route work to technicians via handheld devices and manage daily schedules.
• Maintain documentation and assist with administrative duties as needed.
• Ensure customer communications are professional and clear.
