Qualifications

• Previous office experience is required.
• Customer service and residential homebuilding experience is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized amid interruptions.

Responsabilités

• Log all warranty service requests in the computer system.
• Contact Warranty Service Team Members to respond to new service calls.
• Log new completed service calls and ensure data accuracy.
• Follow up with homeowners via phone surveys to verify service and satisfaction.
• Generate correspondence to internal and external customers.
• Generate reports and interpret data for managers.
• Interact with homeowners via phone or email.
• Interface with customers, warranty staff, vendors, subcontractors, and management.
• Heavy phone and computer use.
• Handle settlement process documentation.
