Job summary

Invitation Homes Inc. in Dallas seeks an HOA Customer Service Representative to act as the primary liaison between residents, HOAs, and internal teams. You will ensure timely resolution of HOA issues, support compliance processes, and deliver proactive, high-level resident service.

Key duties include reviewing dashboards, guiding residents on deadlines, managing registrations, and logging progress in Salesforce, while maintaining strong relationships with HOAs and management companies.

Qualifications

• High School or GED
• Minimum four years of customer service and/or HOA/property management experience
• 4-year degree or 4 years in property management preferred
• Property management experience preferred
• ARM, CAM, CPM, PCAM accreditations preferred
• Yardi knowledge preferred
• Familiarity with federal fair housing laws and local housing provisions
• Multitask using multiple IT platforms simultaneously
• Knowledge of Yardi preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft software applications
• Ability to solve problems constructively
• Excellent customer service skills both internal and external
• Proficient verbal and writing skills
• Excellent organizational skills and accuracy in multitasking

Responsibilities

• Review dashboards, prioritize tasks, and monitor aging items to prevent delays in HOA processes.
• Guide residents on HOA expectations and deadlines, obtain docs, and log interactions in Salesforce.
• Manage HOA-required tenant registrations and applications with internal teams for timely approvals.
• Be the first contact for HOA-related concerns, document issues, and coordinate resolutions.
• Answer calls with service principles, meet targets, and escalate complex issues while owning the resident experience.
• Maintain relationships with HOAs and management companies; support curing steps with Compliance, Leasing, and local teams.
