Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel within a 40–50 mile radius and occasionally weekends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple client sites with high-quality service delivery.
• Deliver on-site business services including mail, print, hospitality, and reception.
• Coordinate shipping, courier services, and printer fleet management.
• Travel locally to client sites and post offices as needed, within a 40–50 mile radius.
• Support implementation of new accounts and service expansions with Field Implementation Managers.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes using data-driven insights.
