Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking an Area Customer Service Coordinator to support daily operations for Managed Services Accounts within an assigned area.

This role involves assisting MS leadership, onboarding new accounts, and traveling between customer locations to ensure service delivery and adherence to Ricoh standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with Field Implementation Managers, maintaining site procedures, and facilitating effective communication with customers to drive satisfaction

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma plus 12 months of related work experience.
• Ability to move locations on short notice and cover accounts within 40-50 miles.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurance per policy.
• Intermediate skill level with common software including file management and network folders.
• Must submit monthly expenses accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations for all contracted services within a geographic area.
• Assist management with process improvement and field compliance.
• Support implementation and onboarding of new accounts and expansions.
• Assist with training and cross-training of team members.
• Develop Site Procedure Guidelines and share best practices.
• Inspect site procedures for accuracy and compliance.
• Escalate issues to management and support resolution.
• Travel to various accounts and maintain customer-focused environment.
• Gather end-user feedback to improve customer experience.
