Carl Zeiss Industrial Quality Solutions, LLC seeks a Field Service Technician to join our team in the Warsaw, IN area. You will undergo a ~3 month training program in-field and in the classroom, then travel to customer sites to install, repair, troubleshoot, service and calibrate the most advanced measuring instruments in the world—CMMs.

You’ll learn hands-on while working with high-tech equipment, documenting service work and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED; or Tech School/associate/bachelor in a technical discipline.
• Military Technical School training is acceptable.
• Experience with hand tools and basic electrical test equipment.
• Microsoft Windows operating system knowledge required.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds unaided.
• Willing to work 50+ hours per week; OT expected.
• Must have a valid driver license.
• Able to work in an industrial production shop floor environment.

Responsabilités

• Complete ~3 month training program in field and classroom.
• Travel to customer sites in the region to install, repair, troubleshoot, service and calibrate CMMs.
• Work hands-on to learn new skills on high-tech CMMs using mechanical and electronic aptitude.
• Document service work and maintain accurate service records.
• Work independently while representing ZEISS in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
